Important information regarding Returns and Refunds:
We like to keep everything simple: We will gladly exchange an item or items if your are dissatisfied within 7 days of the receipt of your order. Please contact us by email at veracartier@h first so we can expect your return. The return postage is at your cost and we will pay to ship your exchange back to you.
A general rule of thumb is that all of our sweaters, unless stated in the description, will fit 10-13 inch teddy bears.
We have a special category for 8-12 inch bears and unless otherwise stated, our outfits fit 14-16 inch bears.
Our blank tshirts come in 8 and 15 inch sizes.
And as always, you can email us at veracartier if you are unsure of the size of an outfit or accessory!
No Refunds are given....but we will gladly exchange when we receive your item back in unused condition as long as we are notified within 7 days of the time you received your order.
******Please note: During the months busy holiday season, shipping time gets longer so please allow for that when ordering.
