This dress is handmade in White cotton, printed with adorable little snowmen that are dressed in red and blue. Adorned with flags, some with hearts, also with snowflakes and dots scattered about.
Bodice has a medium blue peter pan collar and two blue buttons sewn to it for decoration.
Panty included is sewn of the same blue cotton fabric and has an elastic waist and ruffled leg openings.
A pair of matching hair bows are also included and have terry ties sewn to the back and tied with royal blue satin ribbon.
Will fit bears and others 12-14 inches in size.
