Medium blue cotton print fabric, with accents of blue, white and yellow flowers and green foliage. Bodice is of the flower print, with the blue print as the peter pan collar. Two tiny , blue heart buttons decorated the bodice.
The short puff sleeves are sewn of the blue print, with tiny white lace trim. Lower edge of the dress skirt has a band of the yellow and white flowers serged and topstitched to it.
Dress velcros down the back, all the way for easy dressing.
Panty included is sewn of the blue cotton fabric and has an elastic waist and ruffled leg openings.
A head band is included and is bright yellow and made of elastic and ribbon.
