Short puff sleeves, trimmed with tiny white lace. Very full skirt is the full width of the bolt of fabric.
Pantie included is sewn of the flowered cotton fabric and has an elastic waist and ruffled leg openings.
Two hair bows are included of the same print and have terry ties sewn to the back and tied with white satin ribbon.
