Teeny , tiny pink and deep rose flowers decorate this cotton fabric.

High waisted dress with double ruffle at the lower skirt edge ( approx. 90") makes it a cute look.

 A tiny 1/8" pink satin ribbon is sewn all around the lower edge of the skirt.

 A white cotton square collar is decorated with an iron on applique of a lavender umbrella with a deep purple handle and a yellow flower on top. It also has two pink satin ribbon bows- one on each corner.

 The dress has short puff sleeves . Velcros all the way down the back of the dress for easy dressing. Included in the set is  a pair of matching hair bows tied with a pink satin ribbon. A panty is also included with an elastic waist and ruffled leg openings.
