The dress is made in ruffle layers of Red lace -white&blue strips fabric - than red start fabric white lace then the yoke white and blue striped , trimmed white the star fabric around the neck . The arms are red star fabric with white lace. the bloomers are white with layer of fabric to match the dress around the legs and trimmed off in red lace.
The head piece has red star embroidery around it , the bow is white -blue striped with smaller bow in front of it red -stars , a navy blue button sewn on the top of it!
