The Dress is of Red & Blue Stars on a White Background.....The Bodice has Lace attached all around.......There is also lace attached all around the bottom of the dress... Cute! There are 3 Red Roses Attached on the Bodice as well ~ The arms have encased elastic on the bottom of the sleeves ~ They puff up & look so sweet! There are bitty Sparkles throughout the Material as well!!! Opens Fully in the Back with Velcro Closure.

The bloomers are Navy Blue in Color and have a Red Rose Attached to each pant leg hem to match the Top~ They also have encased elastic at the bottom of the hem for the "puffed up" look... Sooo Cute!!! The Pants also have an encased elastic waist band for easy on and off.
