Appliqué Vintage Heart dress & bloomers that fits 14-17 inch bears and others.
The dress is made of white jersey knit cotton that has been embellished with a vintage style valentine heart applique. The bottom of the dress has "bubble" skirting with red lace layered below. The bloomers are made from the same white jersey knit cotton as the dress.
