Who can attend?
Camp Erin is open to children and teens, ages 6 to 17, who have experienced the death of a loved one.

The goal of Camp Erin?
The goal of Camp Erin is to provide a caring environment for children and teens affected by the loss of a loved one. Fun, recreational activities are designed to help campers deal with their grief, and developing coping skills.

Children grieve in many ways.  They  require physical activity as well as emotional outlets.

Camp Erin will provide a safe place  where children can grieve with others who have been through a similar experience.

Who provides bereavement care?
The camp is staffed by bereavement coordinators from The Mourning Star Center of the VNAIC as well as community volunteers who are professionally trained by MSC staff.

How can I help Camp Erin? 
We draw financial support from diverse sources sharing a common interest in providing support for grieving children and teens.
