This is a cute Build a Bear short and top outfit.  This is a dark pink and light pink striped pull on shirt. It has a tie front to it to make it look like a two piece but is actually one piece. 

 The stretch blue denim shorts has flecks of silver and  They have elastic at the back waist and a chain link belt with a pink ribbon weaved in and out through it and a bow on the front.   The shorts have stitching to make them look like it has pockets on the front.  The back does have pockets and one of them has a silver sequined bow on it.  Cute!
