Important information regarding Returns and Refunds:
It is very important to make sure the teddy bear clothing in our line will fit your teddy bear before you order.
A general rule of thumb is that all of our sweaters, unless stated in the description, will fit 10-12 inch teddy bears.
All of our clothing will fit 12-15 inch teddy bears and all build a bears, unless otherwise stated in the description.
We anticipate in the near future to start carrying 8 inch and 12 inch clothing also but for now, unless stated different in the description, the above size guideline is the one to follow for sizes.
Due to the time and cost involved and the re-stocking of returns and inventory, we have had to establish a No Refund policy, so please make sure you follow the guidelines above for sizing purposes.
